TruTalents are 14 talent or skill areas across three categories that are critical for career success. The 14 areas were derived by analyzing many surveys asking employers what qualities they were looking for when hiring, retaining and promoting workers. Different jobs require unique combinations of these TruTalents. There are similarities between TruTalents and soft skills, workplace skills, and transferable skills.
